Last year we won the CCI France - Netherlands prize. This year, we are once again the winners in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) category, supported by the Caisse des Français de l'Etranger and the CCIF Netherlands. On Monday June 26, the awards ceremony took place in Paris, in the presence of the French and international ecosystem, both private and public, and leading personalities. The award was presented to Philippe Pichol by CFE President Eric Pavy and Minister Olivier BECHT. Over 600 entries from companies in some 30 countries were analyzed for the award. Of the 21 finalists, the Jury selected 7 winners, including Prysmian Group, Exotec, Sii Poland and others. At Ynsect, impact is an integral part of our DNA. It can be measured by the social and environmental measures we have put in place both internally and externally. Certified B Corp for the past 3 years, we have set up numerous projects with the ambition of participating in the creation of more sustainable systems for our planet and its ecosystems. We asked, 118 said, we analysed! Riitta Honkanen and I have been working together for some time on coordinating and managing EU funded H2020 and Horizon Europe research, development and innovation projects. Managing large multicultural and multidisciplinary consortiums with an aim to do something that has not been done before requires quite a bit from the coordinators and the project partners. In order to better 'manage the unmanageable', we surveyd success factors relating to good practices, skills, characteristics and tools, and analysed the data for a publication published now in the Journal of Innovation and Entrepreuneurship. Based on the study, the key is in communication, trust and collaboration. 🌼 Each one building on to the other. Thanks to all who took part in our survey! Really great to see that this report has been published following an international, interdisciplinary conference organized by my team last November! "The conference marked a historic moment in UNESCO’s work to promote intellectual cooperation. The theme of knowledge and understanding provided a clearer perspective on the challenges of intersectorality, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, as well as strengthened collaboration among UNESCO Chairs, UNITWIN Networks and UNESCO programme activities." https://lnkd.in/e62AcdwG

Deep dive into the EU Taxonomy and linkages with the environmental impact assessments as part of the Regional Knowledge Sharing Platform on Sustainable Finance and Impact Assessment (#RSFIA). #environmentalsustainability #sustainability
🎉 ✨ ▶ NEXT EVENT ---> ✔ December 4th and 5th, 2023, Hotel Dubrovnik As we approach the end of the year, we are entering a new phase marked by the Regional Sustainable Finance and Impact Assessment Platform (RSFIA) (www.rsfia.eu), where we have diligently worked in the preceding period. The RSFIA platform has emerged from a successful collaboration with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the UNDP following last year's 5th European and Regional Conference "Environmental Assessments and the European Green Deal '22" held in Vodice. The European Union's Green Deal strategy represents an ambitious transition towards a sustainable and climate-neutral Europe, but challenges related to financial and environmental sustainability require solutions. 🔄 ✅ 📊 In this context, the RSFIA platform is launching its inaugural event - a 1.5-day workshop for targeted experts titled "Practical Links between the European Taxonomy and Impact Assessment Processes," exploring the connections between relevant EU legislation on sustainable finance and existing environmental decision-making tools. The workshop will take place on 📌 December 4th and 5th, 2023, at Hotel Dubrovnik, bringing together experts from the financial sector, environmental authorities, environmental experts, and academia from Europe. 🎥 The workshop aims to achieve a comprehensive discussion on the linkages and differences in both systems. It will serve as a forum for dialogue, experience sharing, and creating guidelines for the practical application of impact assessment procedures for any proposed economic activity in line with the DNSH and SC technical screening criteria, as per EU Delegated Acts. The sponsors of this workshop are the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Croatian Banking Association (HUB). For more details about the workshop and the platform itself, please visit www.rsfia.eu. ⬅ ♻ 💬 To participants traveling to Zagreb, we wish you a safe journey and look forward to seeing you at Hotel Dubrovnik! 🛫 🤗 #RSFIA #HUSZPO
