Malak Adouch

Malak joined Astanor in 2023 as Head of HR for our European & US teams.​ She focuses on the people dimension of our growth, supporting our organizational changes, recruitments, HR processes, learning journeys, DEI strategies definition and implementation at Astanor, our portfolio companies and in our deal flows. She has an experience of more than 12 years in human resources management and change management acquired among top tier consulting firms such as Accenture and Deloitte.
