Chief Financial Officer
Christelle is Chief Financial Officer at Astanor. She joined the firm in April 2026 to oversee its accounting and finance functions across the management company and investment funds. In this role, she is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, tax, cash management and financial controls, as well as supporting the operational and regulatory requirements of Astanor’s fund structures.
Prior to joining Astanor, Christelle spent 13 years at Partech Partners, where she joined as CFO in January 2013. During this period, she played a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and development, helping to build and strengthen the financial, accounting and tax infrastructure required to support the expansion of its investment activities. She oversaw finance and tax matters relating to both the firm’s investment funds and its management company, and worked closely with the investment and operational teams as the organization scaled.
Before joining Partech, Christelle spent 11 years in audit and consulting. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she worked from 1999 to 2004, before joining Ofi Asset Management from 2004 to 2006. At Ofi, she was responsible for audit, compliance and internal controls across three subsidiaries active in multi-management, wealth management and venture capital. She subsequently joined Ernst & Young in Paris, where she worked from 2007 to 2012 in the Asset Management Department as an auditor and consultant.
Christelle holds a Master’s degree in Finance from IAE Lyon III and Université Lumière Lyon II. She is also qualified as a French chartered accountant.
