Hans joined Astanor in 2019 as Partner and brings extensive board room and deal experience from previous executive VP roles as GC and head of corporate development in global groups owned by private equity investors such as CVC Capital, Renova and Pamplona Capital. Columbia U. LLM, member of the New York bar since 1990 and IESE Business School AMP, Hans has worked on more than 50 M&A, IPO and  capital markets transactions across Europe and the U.S.
