Harry Briggs

Harry started his career at McKinsey then spent the rest of his twenties as co-founder of a health-drinks brand, Firefly Tonics, which successfully exited to Private Equity.

He then became a technology VC at Balderton Capital, where he sourced mega-deals such as Revolut, GoCardless and THG.

He went on to co-found two Venture funds: BGF Ventures, a £200M UK-focused fund where he backed unicorns Paddle and Gousto; and OMERS Ventures Europe, where as Managing Partner he built the team that led investments such as WeFox (Germany), Deliverect (Belgium) and Flagstone (UK).

Harry joined Astanor as Partner in January 2024. He also runs a farm in Buckinghamshire.
