Stephan Weling

Stephan brings extensive experience in Private Equity, M&A and Venture Capital with a technology sector focus to his role as Senior Legal Counsel at Astanor. Stephan earned his master’s degree in Law at Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) and prior to joining Astanor in October 2021, he worked as a lawyer at leading international law firms in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany for almost a decade. He also is a guest lecturer for Venture Capital and M&A at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen (FH Aachen).
