Thomas Nagy

Thomas Nagy boasts nearly three decades of distinguished service within the Novo group, notably spending 16 years at Novozymes A/S. During his tenure, he held progressive roles, serving on the Executive Leadership Team from 2007 to 2016. As the Executive Vice President for Supply Operations, he led global supply chain operations across four continents, contributing significantly to operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Post-Novozymes, Thomas founded the BioInnovation Institute and later served as the Chief Operating Officer at 21st.BIO, a Danish early-stage biotech support company. His commitment to nurturing biotech startups aligns seamlessly with Astanor Ventures, where he now leverages his extensive global operational experience. Thomas Nagy‘s career reflects a steadfast dedication to advancing biotechnology and sustainable business practices.

Thomas Nagy joined Astanor in November 2023 as Operational Partner. He collaborates closely with the investment team, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to source investment opportunities in sectors and geographies where he maintains strong connections.
