He is known for his dynamic leadership style, characterized by open communication, engaging mentorship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Throughout his tenure at BASF SE, he played pivotal roles in research and development, production, marketing, business management, and innovation leadership across various sectors, including agriculture, nutrition, health, and specialty chemicals.
His extensive experience includes leading the development of innovation and technology strategies, resulting in industry-leading research and development pipelines. Moreover, Peter has a proven track record of initiating and driving successful large-scale change programs, leveraging his international experience and global network to deliver impactful results.
