Marion Puissant Franco

Prior to joining Astanor as Marketing & Communications Lead, Marion spent three years at Altran were she worked both internally as Marketing and Communications Lead, and externally as Business Analyst for Proximus (consultant engineer). She then joined the energy sector as Marketing & Communications Manager and Business Developer at Emax Group, start-up in digital decarbonisation.

Marion completed a master’s degree in International Business, product management from ESCE Business School. She also followed two master programs in Social sciences and International Business in Denmark and in the Netherlands.

Marion joined Astanor in May 2023 and is in charge of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and Events. She is passionate about cooking and is always looking to develop her skills by trying new dishes.
