Philippe de Lathuy

Philippe joined Astanor in 2024 as a Legal Counsel. Before joining Astanor, he worked as a lawyer at CMS and Linklaters where he advised corporates and financial sponsors on cross-border mergers & acquisitions. Philippe studied law at Ghent University and holds an LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law. He is admitted to practice in Belgium and New York.
