Becca Gaunt

Becca joined Astanor as Legal Counsel in May 2022.  Becca has extensive experience in venture capital investments and M&A, advising investors and the companies they invest in on a wide range of corporate matters, from startup through to exit.  Prior to joining Astanor, she worked for several years as a lawyer at a leading international law firm in London, ranked tier one in venture capital.  Prior to that, she worked for several years as a corporate and finance lawyer for a leading New Zealand law firm.

Becca holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce (with a double major in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and International Business) from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
